Speaker: Dr. Baron Smith, Adjunct Professor of Business & CEO/President of Key Solutions Group, Inc.
Description: This workshop addresses the need to continue providing a safe workplace environment for our employees and customers. When considering that a majority of workplace violence incidents have arisen from employee-boss relationships that went sour, a strong emphasis of this workshop is directed at those relationships, policies, and on-going management awareness training.
