Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships, with designated/assigned community college staff members, toward the cultivation of enrollments, through referral, of community college students into Ottawa programs. Requires frequent and ongoing communication with community college advisors, as well as applicants, to assist them with understanding and navigating the new student enrollment process. Additionally responsible for relationships/connections with community college faculty chairs as well as other faculty concerning program integration and opportunities for future adjunct instruction with Ottawa. Responsible for meeting requirements of the position at a high level of effectiveness.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, required. Master’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum two to five years experience in recruiting, advising, or sales position, preferably in a college or university environment
