Dr. Rich Menninger is currently the Andrew B. Martin Chair of Religion and Chair for the Department of Theological and Religious Studies. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and his master’s in mathematics education from the University of Kansas; a Master of Divinity from Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Kan.; and his doctorate in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, Calif.
Dr. Menninger has been teaching at the college level for the past 25 years. His previous experiences include teaching secondary mathematics, the New Testament and religion. While at Ottawa University, he has served as associate professor of mathematics and religion.
Dr. Menninger’s research experience includes presenting papers at the Oxford Round Tables in summer 2008 and spring 2010.
