This seminar is designed to assist participants in differentiating issues relative to dual or multiple relationships, boundary crossings, and boundary violations. It will explore the difficult legal, ethical and clinical complexities involved in boundary issues, including gift exchange, billing and bartering, nonsexual touch, therapist self-disclosure, place of service delivery, and dual relationships.
