Reynolds married Susie Watterson in Stanley, Kansas. She preceded him in death on May 19th, 1999. He is survived by his mother, Helen Ruth Reynolds; son Brian Reynolds; daughter Jennifer Staley and husband Jamie; and granddaughters Alahna and Kayley Reynolds. “Don started each of my mornings with a smile and a pat on the back,” says Lee Stadler, senior designer at Ottawa University. “I was and am glad to call him my friend.”
