Roger Fredrikson


The Rev. Dr. Roger Fredrikson is a former pastor and professor of religion, a past national president of the American Baptist Churches, an active member of the Renovaré ministry, and an author (The Church that Refused to Die; Learning to Dance – A Story of Grace; God Loves the Dandelions; and “John” in The Communicator’s Commentary series). In his retirement, Roger remains active with the faith-based programming at Ottawa University and as a nationwide conference speaker. The Fredrikson Chapel and Center for Faith and Church Vitality are named in honor of his far-reaching contributions to the spiritual life of Ottawa University. He lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
