Adventures in Faith
A Summit for Caregivers
Providing care for special people can be affirming, challenging and at times, overwhelming. This portion of the event will focus on the challenges that caregivers, whether personal or professional, face when providing care for others. It will include resources, sharing, affirmation, and prayer through presentations and roundtable discussions.
The University is partnering with the East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging (ECKAA), Ransom Memorial Hospital, the Winter Center, Academy of TaQi, and the Ottawa Retirement Village to offer this event.
