STUDENT / FACULTY / ALUMNI LOGINS >>
Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in employment at Ottawa University. OU offers many rewarding opportunities for employment. The University hires full-time, part-time and temporary employees for varying positions including faculty, support staff, administrative staff, facilities personnel, coaches, as well as adjunct instructors.

TEACHING AS AN ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR

If you are interested in teaching in a university setting, it can be helpful to gain experience as an adjunct instructor. Many of our adjunct instructors hold a full-time career elsewhere, and choose to teach in our evening and weekend programs so that they may have the opportunity to teach students.

The University has an academic coordinator/academic dean and/or Human Resources contact at each of our campuses. This individual is dedicated to hiring for adjunct positions. Adjunct instructors are hired to teach on a per course basis. Each academic term may present the need to hire new or additional adjunct instructors. Academic terms begin at varying times depending on the program and campus location. If you are interested in teaching in this capacity, please contact this individual at the specific location in which you are interested. The academic coordinator/academic dean or Human Resources contact will be happy to accept your credentials and tell you more about what Adjunct Instruction opportunities may be available for the approaching term/semester.

JOB POSTINGS

Each job posting includes a specific process and contact information for application to the open position. To apply for a posted job, please follow process defined in the job posting. If you have any questions, please contact the Human Resources staff at that location.
