Groupthink - Can we All Agree?

Speaker: Dr. Baron Smith, Adjunct Professor of Business & CEO/President of Key Solutions Group, Inc.
Description: This workshop addresses the consequences of teams and groups that formulate decisions based on faulty group dynamics, often resulting in disastrous outcomes. Identification of individual roles and intra-group dynamics will be discussed, along with how to avoid poor decision-making as a result of Groupthink processes. This workshop is partially based on the ground-breaking studies of "The Abilene Paradox".
