Prominent Members of the Community Welcome New Ottawa University President

JEFFERSONVILLE, Indiana - Ottawa University (OU) is proud to host a welcome event for Dr. Fredrick R. Snow, the new President of Ottawa University.  Mayor Rob Waiz and President  & CEO of the Southern Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Michael Dalby, will officially welcome Dr. Snow to the community at the event scheduled for Friday, March 2, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at OU's Jeffersonville campus located at 287 Quarter Master Court.

OU is a not-for-profit liberal arts university, established in Ottawa Kansas in 1865 and in Indiana in 2002.  Ottawa University's Jeffersonville campus is an adult professional studies location offering bachelor's degrees including business administration, human resources and management. 

At this event, Dr. Snow will address the community and discuss his vision for Ottawa University in this competitive market.  The event is complimentary and open to the public.  There will be time following the program for media to meet with Dr. Snow.
