Sensate Impress^TM : Techniques to Reduce & Manage Stress
  Complimentary Workshop at Ottawa University

PHOENIX, Arizona - Nancy Harkins, international motivational speaker and facilitator of Life Choices, will give a complimentary workshop at Ottawa University's Phoenix campus on Tuesday, March 6, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.   The Phoenix campus is located at 10020 N. 25^th Avenue, on the east side of I-17 between Dunlap and Peoria Avenues.

This workshop uses the power of physical sensation to create a marked effect on the mind and emotions that support participants in reducing and managing stress.  Through the use of humor and experiential learning, participants will practice and implement simple techniques they can use in the workplace and everyday life to reduce stress and increase productivity.

The same workshop will be available at Ottawa University's Tempe campus on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  The Tempe campus is located at 10429 S. 51^st Street, Suite 100 (I10 & Elliott).
