 | Ottawa University's Tyler Lynnes a 6-0, junior shortstop, from Kansas City, KS was named position player of the week in the KCAC for week two. In five games for the week, Lynnes had 17 at bats, 6 hits for 35% batting and slugging average, 4 runs, 1 RBI, 2 walks and 1 sacrifice bunt. In the 1-5 and 0-2 losses against Friends he had 7 at bats and 1 hit. In the 12-11 and 3-1 wins over Tabor he had 6 at bats, 4 hits, 3 runs, 1 RBI and 1 sacrifice bunt. In the 4-13 lost to Benedictine he had 4 at bats, 1 hit and 1 run. The Braves are currently 19-13 overall and 5-3 in KCAC play. |

In the 7-3 and 13-7 wins over Tabor he had 8 at bats, 2 hits, 3 runs, 2 Homeruns, 2 RBI's and 1 walk. In the 2-1 and 1-0 wins over Bethany he had 4 at bats, 1 hit and 1 walk. The Braves are currently 28-17 overall and 14-6 in conference, which leads the KCAC. |

In the 2-1 win over Bethany, Woods pitched a complete 7 innings, gave up 5 hits, 1 earned run, 2 walks and had 10 strikeouts. The Braves are currently 28-17 overall and 14-6 in conference, which leads the KCAC. |
