Ottawa University Advancement
Greater Ottawa Fund
The purpose of the Greater Ottawa Fund is to encourage alumni, friends and parents to recall and renew their Ottawa ties, by making annual gifts. Annual gifts strengthen the University's ability to serve students through scholarships, technological improvements, and resources that create opportunities for excellence in teaching and program advancements. Contributions to the Greater Ottawa Fund are used exclusively to benefit students.
Gifts to the Greater Ottawa Fund ensure that OU students will continue to benefit from various programs and activities, while receiving a quality Christian education. Ottawa University must depend on the Greater Ottawa Fund to provide the margin of excellence required to compete with its richly endowed private college competitors. In a very real sense, donors to the Greater Ottawa Fund constitute Ottawa University's "living endowment," creating financial stability through their regular giving.
