150th Sesquicentennial Celebration
Can you Feel It?
The energy? The excitement? If you've been on the Ottawa campus recently, there's no mistaking it. If you haven't, it's worth coming back!
Students were totally stoked last fall when they arrived on the campus to the new Gibson Student Center. Now, students, faculty, staff and the community are enjoying the beautiful and modern Gangwish Library. While pictures are great, not until you actually see it can you understand what all the noise is about. New conference spaces, huge atrium, beautiful fire and water feature, media lab, history mural, coffee shop and bookstore - not to mention the actual library with all its new technology and learning spaces. The Gangwish Library is stunning, hands down.
Incredibly, though, it's just one piece of excitement. when you add a huge freshman class, the new sport of lacrosse, new field turf, the start of the Fredrikson Chapel upgrades, the promise of more winning athletic seasons, and the upcoming 150th celebrations, it's easy to see why the College campus is abuzz. Ant there's more to come!
We invite you to catch the excitement by visiting campus this fall - especially during the Homecoming and Sesquicentennial Celebrations on October 15-18. You'll be glad you did!.
