Dr. Peter Armacost served as president of Ottawa from 1967 to 1977. At the age of 67, he and his wife Mary-Linda embarked on an 8,000-mile trek to Lahore, Pakistan, where he serves as the rector of Forman Christian College. Forman, one of the oldest and highest ranking colleges in South Asia. Some of Forman's prominent alumni include current Pakistan Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani and former president of Pakistan, Pervez Musharraf. Armocost served as president of Eckerd College in Florida for 23 years. All are welcome.
