The Reverend Carol Jones, co-director of Christian Peacemaker Teams, will deliver the 2008 Norwood Jones Lecture on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. Jones' address is entitled "Christian Peacemaker Teams: Joining God's non-violent way out of war." This is an ACE Event.

The guiding question of Christian Peacemaker Teams is: What would happen if Christians devoted the same discipline and self-sacrifice to non-violence as armies devote to war? Rose, an active peacemaker since the 1970s, has explored this question through projects in Iraq, Palestine, Colombia, and other places around the globe torn by violence.
