Dr. Magnuson has been a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and earned his baccalaureate in Psychology at Upper Iowa University. He earned his Master's degree in Community Psychology with a focus on Medicine, Society and Culture at Springfield University. After earning his Master’s degree, Dr. Magnuson began teaching psychology and statistics for the social science courses. He has taught with Ottawa University since 2005.
Dr. Magnuson earned his Doctoral degree in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Christopher enjoys working with people who have a vested interest in changing the world through education. His teaching techniques may best be summed up as “outside of the box” and he loves learning from new experiences. He believes that you should enjoy your work and that work should be interesting and challenging.
