Krystal Deaton is Principle Consultant and owner for Intent and Impact, as well as a adjunct professor for Ottawa University. Deaton began her career in the natural gas industry in 1998 with KN Field Services, which was acquired by ONEOK Field Services in 2001. She held several management and executive positions prior to being appointed to Vice President of Customer Service, where she was responsible for customer service in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas serving 2.1 million customers.
Krystal Deaton currently serves on the Board of Directors for JMJ Pregnancy Centers of Orlando. Past board service includes the governing board of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, the development board of the University of Texas at El Paso, the board of the United Way of El Paso, the board of trustees for Las Palmas and Del Sol hospitals, board of directors for Texas 811, and the executive committee of the El Paso Regional Economic Development Corporation.
A Kansas native, Deaton received her MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Ottawa University in 2013 and a Bachelor of General Studies degree with a concentration in Psychology in 2002 from the University of Kansas. In 2013, she received certification from Harvard Business School, Senior Executive Leadership program. In 2010, Deaton attended the New Mexico University School of Rates, Oklahoma State University Executive Leadership program and is a graduate of Leadership.
