The Leadership and Management program is designed to provide students with the conceptual awareness and practical abilities needed to supervise personnel and help organizations run effectively, efficiently and ethically. Students in this program can learn how to plan, budget, coordinate and influence within an organizational setting, and can gain communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that are crucial for today's managers.
