Master of Arts in Leadership
Ottawa University’s Master of Arts in Leadership (MAL) degree program is designed to provide students an examination of the principles, theories and behaviors of leadership, helping them acquire the tools and skills they need to make a difference in their organizations. Throughout the program, students will discover their personal leadership styles while mastering techniques for communication, creating consensus, team-building, problem resolution and more. The MAL degree program offers the flexibility of online and on-campus course offerings.
