Coach Siebenthall came to Ottawa from Lawrence High School where he spent six seasons as the varsity assistant and head junior varsity coach. During that time he helped lead the Lions to two trips to the state tournament.

Siebenthall is a 2002 graduate from the University of Kansas with a degree in history and received his teaching licensure through Washburn University. He received his Master’s in Education with an emphasis in educational technology from Ottawa University. Siebenthall is currently teaching education classes in the Ottawa University education department.

Siebenthall spent three years as a practice player for the KU Women’s program, has been the director for the Lawrence High summer camps and has worked numerous other camps. He also coached football at LHS from 2001-2004.

Siebenthall is a member of the Kansas Coaches Association. He is the recruiting coordinator for the Braves and works with the perimeter players.
