Allison Hubley completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She spent the early years of her career working in various positions with the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan, and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Quality Healthcare Providers, P.C. in Dearborn, Michigan. She then transitioned into higher education on a fulltime basis in 2003.  While working as a project manager at HFHS, Ms. Hubley earned a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.  She also holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in forensic accounting and fraud examination and works in a volunteer capacity with law enforcement. She enjoys conducting seminars to senior citizens and small business owners on fraud awareness and fraud prevention; she is the author of a bi-monthly "Scam Alert" column for a senior services newsletter. Ms. Hubley has been with Ottawa University since 2007 and teaches online courses as well as in-class courses at the Phoenix Campus.
