Primary responsibility as a service advisor to prospective and current students, of the Adult and Professional and Online Unit, through a timely and accurate student centered service with regard to student account management. Requires a regular and effective interface with University financial aid and accounts receivable processing centers. Serves as the student advocate for the student account with regard to VA, employer reimbursement, scholarship providers, student financial aid, and other financial agents. Effectively communicates all financial options and information to students as well as applicable University employees. Duties are performed within established processes and procedures, with minimum supervision, and through personal initiative. Serves as an integral member of a Student Services Team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
Work Experience: Two years minimum service/financial advising experience; five years general business experience.
