Responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of students within a territory into the Campus programs by using effective enrollment management sales and advising techniques and excellent customer service skills that are aligned with Ottawa University’s student centric philosophy. Generates prospective student and new student enrollments for the Campus academic degree programs. Requires personal initiative and ongoing communication with applicants to assist them in all phases of the new student enrollment process. Responsible for achieving measurable enrollment goals and objectives. This position is based out of Surprise, Arizona and requires travel, and evening/weekend hours.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Five plus years of experience in recruiting or sales position in a college environment.
