Responsible for providing effective service and support to prospective students and their parents through the financial aid application process in order to determine eligibility for Title IV Financial Aid (and student financial clearance). Serves as an advocate for students and parents with regard to scholarships, financial aid, and other forms of financial assistance. Requires regular and effective interaction with students, parents, enrollment and financial aid staff. Evening and weekend work required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and related professional experience required.
Work Experience: Two years’ minimum experience working within the financial aid field required; five years’ general business/customer service experience required.
