Responsible for leading marketing initiatives, through a collaborative approach, to effectively coordinate, design, and implement marketing materials and efforts on behalf of key external and internal constituencies. Lead the annual marketing plan creation and execution. Own the inquiry generation process and results. Build the communication flow from inquired through enrolled student status. Manage the annual marketing budget. Lead the advertising and public relations agency activities and outcomes on behalf of the Surprise campus. Collaborate with the marketing and enrollment teams to generate revenue results.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field.
Work Experience: 5 or more years of related professional experience in higher education marketing with particular experience in marketing, enrollment management or graphic design.
