Responsible for providing administrative support to the Student Affairs department as well as the Dean of Student Affairs and Enrollment through administrative service and interaction with all related constituencies including but not limited to: students, parents, outside appointments, vendors, interdepartmental employees, and any other person seeking assistance. Responsibilities also include related event planning and project coordination. Requires the ability to multi-task as well as frequent and effective communication with multiple constituencies, both internal and external to the University. This administrative support position is the central control point for all student events and activities that occur on the College campus.
Education: College Degree and/or its equivalent. Experience may substitute for degree.
Work Experience: 5 or more years administrative support experience.
