Responsible for the design, implementation and supervision of sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for all student-athletes at OUAZ. The Director of Strength and Conditioning works with each sport coach and the athletic trainers to provide the best quality programming for each student-athlete and each sport program.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of Athletic Training experience with manager level experience prefer.
