Primary responsibility as a manager and service advisor to prospective and current students, of the Adult and Professional and Graduate Unit, through a timely and accurate student-centered service with regard to student account management. Manages a team of three to four finance advisors and is responsible for overall performance of the finance advising team. Requires a regular and effective interface with University financial aid and accounts receivable processing centers. Serves as the student advocate for the student account with regard to VA, employer reimbursement, scholarship providers, student financial aid, and other financial agents. Effectively communicates all financial options and information to students as well as applicable University employees. Serves as a manager and member within the Student Services Team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Work Experience: Three to Five years minimum service/financial advising experience; five years general business experience required. Prior success with managing a staff in a similar role highly preferred.
