Responsible for maintaining University-wide technology infrastructure and supporting technical operations, under the leadership of the Director of Technical and User Operations. Maintains and monitors all University systems and networks to support the University goals and strategies. Works collaboratively with the User Services and Software Solutions teams within the IT Department to provide functionality to customers.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and certification level in a related field, required.
Work Experience: 2 or more years related professional work experience.
