Responsible for working through the financial aid application process with student customers to determine eligibility for the Title IV Financial Aid. Process requires accuracy, completeness and adherence to University aid policies and State/Federal Regulations. Perform complex tasks assoicated with need analysis, packing, financial aid program management and officve operations. Requires initative, customer service and outreach reponsibilities.
