Ottawa University's campus in Ottawa, Kansas, Commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m.

Any students anticipating graduating need to complete the RSVP form below by midnight on February 5. In addition, an Application for Graduation (found below) must be completed as soon as possible.

Incorrect selection or failure to meet all corresponding deadlines will not warrant changes to expected conferral dates. Consult your advisor for any changes in your enrollment plans that impact your expected conferral date. Students who have not had their degree conferred by the May ceremony may walk if within 8 credits of completing degree requirements, as verified by the University Registrar. All applications and transcripts, exams, etc. must be received by the deadline dates for the May 31 conferral.

All OU Degree Requirements and all transcripts/exams from other schools/organizations due to OU by the date you choose as your conferral date as indicated in the chart below. If any of these dates fall on a Saturday, the deadlines will be the preceding Friday; if any of these dates fall on a Sunday, the deadlines will be the following Monday. If these deadlines are not met, your application will be moved to the next conferral date.
