Automatic Registration Authorization

If you are a student at our Surprise, AZ residential campus or our Ottawa, KS residential campuses this form is for you to acknowledge that you understand that you will meet with your Adawe Advisor prior to each semester to determine the appropriate courses to register for in the upcoming semester based on your graduation plan. During your advising meeting, your Advisor will register you for your next semester.
