OU-Arizona – Owen Leadership Institute Seminar


Ottawa University-Arizona is hosting quarterly Owen Leadership Institute events for alumni, current and prospective students, and faculty and staff. The next workshop will be on Friday, November 15, 2013, from 5:30-7 p.m. on the Phoenix campus at 10020 N. 25th Avenue, Phoenix.  School of Business Dean Dr. Kirk Wessel will speak on “The Motivation Anatomy.” The event is free and is open to all OU staff, students, alumni, and community neighbors. For all those who are in leadership positions or aspire to leadership roles, this seminar will review major theories about employee motivation and provide 10 significant factors that determine success in a leadership role.

OU-Wisconsin – MA in Counseling Open Housetrish hernandez04


Ottawa University-Wisconsin will host an open house reception on November 14, 2013, to showcase the addition of the MA in Counseling to itsacademic program line-up. The reception will begin at 5:15 p.m. on the Brookfield campus, 245 S.Executive Drive. At 6:15, the Partial Residency format of the Counseling program will be introduced, followed by a presentation titled “Closing Time” by Dr. Patricia Hernandez, director of the Master of Arts in Counseling program.
