|Tiffany knew she wanted to be a nurse to follow in the footsteps of her grandmother who she watched care for the members of their community. During her undergraduate courses at the University of Kansas, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant and started working in an Assisted Living Facility. She then became a Certified Medication Aide and continued working at the same facility while in Nursing School. She Graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003. Upon graduation from nursing school, she worked on a Medical Surgical unit at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. She enjoyed precepting new graduate RNs, new staff to the unit and helping with annual skills fairs and decided to go back to school for Nursing Education. In 2012, she became a Clinical Educator at her hospital and is currently in that role. In 2014, she graduated from Fort Hays State University with her Masters in Nursing Education.
On a personal note, Tiffany is married with 2 boys who keep her busy with activities and sports. She enjoys taking a yearly vacation to Colorado for camping and exploring.
