Prior to coming to Ottawa University in 2002, Gloria worked in a variety of public library settings. While at Ottawa University, she completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources in 2006 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2008 at Ottawa University’s Kansas City site and a Ph.D in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Online Learning and Instructional Design at Kansas State University.
