External Organization Tabling Request Form

Use this form for businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations requesting tabling at OUAZ campus. All tabling requests must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Student Affairs prior to advertising or scheduling.

there is a vendor fee of $75 per day or non-profits at $35 per day.
payment must be received before reservation confirmation
fees are non-refundabe unless the University cancells the reservation.
