Ottawa University Reaches $10M Library/Student Center Goal, Meets Mabee Challenge - 4/30/2013 Ottawa University’s new Gangwish Library and Gibson Student Center has the green light for construction following $10 million in donations/pledges and receipt of $750,000 in challenge funds from the Mabee Foundation.
