G. Ben Moor

Ben Moor was named the 20th head college football coach for the Ottawa University Braves after spending several seasons as an assistant coach to Dick Peters.  He held the position for four seasons, from 1972 until 1975. His career coaching record at Ottawa was 18-19 and he coached 17 All-Conference performers. 
 
In 1972, his team finished 9-1 and won OU's only Heart of America Conference championship and was invited to the Mineral Water Bowl, defeating Friends University by a score of 27-20.

Ben also lettered in football (1956-57) at OU earning Honorable Mention All-KCAC honors on the offensive line in both 1956 and 1957.  He played under head coaches Grover Nutt and Dick Peters.
