Oscar was a two-sport star at Ottawa University. He was an eight-time KCAC Outdoor Track and Field Champion winning the 440 yd dash twice, the 220 yd dash twice and was a member of the 4x440 yd and the 4x100 yd relays teams that each won two conference titles. He was named to the All-KCAC teams in all four of those events multiple times throughout his collegiate career.
Oscar passed away in 2001.
