Frank Lemp

Lemp earned four letters in men’s soccer for the Braves (1967, 1969-71).

He helped lead the Braves to a four year record of 50-14-3, three conference championships, and three NAIA National Tournament appearances. Lemp led the Braves to a sixth place finish at nationals in 1969, to a fifth place finish in 1970, and to a third place finish in 1971.

Lemp earned First Team All-Conference honors in 1967 and was named First Team NAIA All-American in 1969. He was named First Team All-Area II in 1970 and in 1971. Lemp put his name in the OU record book and is ranked first in single season assists (29) which ranked him third in the NAIA in 1967 and he is ranked first in career assists (49).

After graduating from Ottawa University Lemp went on to coach the Braves from 1980 to 1983. He is an Associate Professor of Art at OU.
