Donald D. Dunn is a faculty member who has taught 33 different courses in leadership, management, ethics, business ethics, and practical ministry for six universities over the last eight years. He holds a BA in Religion from MidAmerica Nazarene University, a Master of Liberal Studies degree in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University, and a PhD in Organization and Management (specializing in Leadership) from Capella University. His subject matter expertise (SME) is in ethical leadership concentrating in business ethics. In addition to his teaching roles, Dr. Dunn offers his research-based The Moldable Model© to help companies design ethical workplaces, committed employees, and competitive advantage. Dunn authored an executive MBA textbook in 2016, published by Business Expert Press entitled: “Designing Ethical Workplaces: The Moldable Model©.” Dr. Dunn has taught for Ottawa University for seven years both in the undergraduate and graduate business programs.
