COVID-19 Updates • Strategic Planning
Dear Alumni and friends of Ottawa University,
It is an exciting time in the life of Ottawa University as we are growing in number of students as well as in the number of locations. The residential campus in Ottawa, KS, is over 700 students and continues to grow while our new traditional campus in Surprise, AZ, opened its doors in the fall of 2017 with over 400 students and expects over 800 for fall of 2019. Our nontraditional and online programs have students from around the globe and continue to serve our largest segment of students.
As we continue to grow, I hope you will stay connected with the University. We have many alumni events throughout the year and all around the country, which are a great way to connect, and reconnect, with classmates and friends. If you would like to host an alumni event in your area please reach out to Courtney Klaus, your alumni director and she will be happy to help you.
We also seek support from our alumni in regards to mentoring and internships for our current students. Our alumni are a tremendous resource for our students as they make difficult decisions about careers or where they want to live after college. Your support is a tremendous help to these talented young adults. Courtney can assist you with this interest as well.
Your financial support is also very impactful to the University and the students we serve. I hope you will consider supporting scholarships, programs and/or our faith-based outreach work. The alumni of Ottawa University make it possible to reach and encouragement so many young adults in such a positive manner and we could not do it without support from our alumni and friends. You can make a gift easily on our Make a Gift page online.
Lastly, I hope you will come visit our campuses in Ottawa and/or Surprise. We would love to see you.
Thank you for your interest and continued support of Ottawa University.
In the Ottawa Spirit,
Acting Vice President for University Advancement
