The Office of Multicultural Affairs at Ottawa University seeks to enhance the experience of all students, focusing on first-generation and underrepresented student populations, through programming, and other cultural competency activities, aimed at increasing the academic and personal developments of all students.
The Black Student Union Student Organization (BSU) aims to unite the entire student body at Ottawa University, to promote diversity, to increase awareness of the African American culture and to support African American students, as well as students from other diverse groups on campus. Black Student Union will plan activities that will promote diversity and understanding.

The Diversity Activities Board Student Organization (DAB) functions similar to our student organization Campus Activities Board. The focus of this group is to provide programming and opportunities for students to gain knowledge on diversity and become more culturally competent.
The Whole Earth Club provides opportunities for cross-cultural experiences on campus and at the same time promotes closer relationships between all students. As its name implies, The Whole Earth Club recognizes no racial or other barriers to its membership.
