Leadership and Management Concentration

Are you interested in supervising personnel and helping organizations run efficiently, effectively and ethically? If so, consider the leadership and management concentration at Ottawa University.

As a leadership and management student, you’ll learn to develop key skills in problem solving; decision-making; systems analysis; and planning within financial, economic, managerial and technological contexts. 
 

Leadership and Management is offered at the following locations.

  • Phoenix, Arizona
  • Brookfield, Wisconsin
  • Online

Leadership and Management Concentration Courses

A concentration consists of a minimum of four courses, of which at least 12 semester credits must be upper division. See the course catalog for more information regarding concentrations.
Select at least four of the following courses:

  • Leadership of Creativity and Change
  • Behavior in Organizations*
  • Management
  • Leadership and Communication
  • Project Management
  • Leadership*
