The following applies to all required policies:
1. Policy must remain valid through the entirety of the above-named Event, and cannot be suspended, voided, canceled, or reduced, except as permitted by the University in writing;
2. Ottawa University Arizona City of Surprise named as additional insured (and provide endorsement evidencing additional insured status);
3. Policy is primary and non-contributory with respect to all other sources (and provide endorsement evidencing primary and non-contributory status);and
4. Policy must contain waiver of subrogation against City of Surprise (and provide endorsement evidencing waiver of subrogation).
